General terms

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Business define the terms and conditions for the use of the online ticket sales platform available at https://vstopnice.blueplanet.si/platforma (hereinafter: the “platform”).

The operator of the platform is:

By using the platform and completing a purchase, the user confirms that they have read and agree to:

• these General Terms and Conditions of Business,

• the Privacy Policy,

• the Cookie Policy.

Before submitting an order, the user must tick the confirmation box:

“I agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Business, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.”

2. Subject of Business

The platform enables the online purchase of tickets for events.

The sales contract is concluded at the moment the payment is successfully completed.

3. Purchase Procedure

The purchase process consists of:

1. selecting an event,

2. selecting tickets,

3. entering the buyer’s details,

4. reviewing the order,

5. clicking the “Complete Purchase” button,

6. completing the payment,

7. receiving the electronic ticket.

The user is obliged to check the accuracy of all information before completing the purchase.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is possible using the methods displayed at the completion of the purchase.

5. Electronic Tickets

Tickets are delivered to the buyer’s email address.

Each ticket contains a unique identification and is valid for one-time entry only.

Copying or reselling tickets is not permitted.

6. Refunds and Withdrawal from the Contract

After the purchase has been completed, a refund is not possible.

In accordance with Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for services related to leisure activities where a specific date of performance is specified.

Tickets cannot be:

• returned,

• exchanged,

• refunded.

In the event of cancellation of an event, the organiser may, at its own discretion, offer:

• a refund,

• an alternative date,

• credit,

• ticket exchange.

7. Changes to the Event

The organiser reserves the right to:

• change the date,

• change the location,

• change the programme,

• cancel the event.

The provider shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by visitors.

8. Limitation of Liability

The provider shall not be liable for:

• loss of internet connection,

• technical issues on the user’s side,

• failure of email services,

• lost or stolen tickets,

• errors by third-party payment service providers.

9. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is protected by copyright, the owner of which is WPM d.o.o.

11. Complaints and Disputes

Users may send complaints to the postal address stated in Article 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

The provider shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably.

The law of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply to all disputes.

The court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.

12. Validity of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions shall apply as of 17 September 2026.
